Azimut Productions. Updated.

This past weekend (20/21 October 2018) my issue with Azimut was resolved. It took over six years and a face to face meeting but finally it's done.

    I understand you...
    The past summer I did and order with them and then I sent two or three emails with questions...
    I received my order on date but six or seven months later I have not received any answer and I am waiting.
    I can't understand this way for doing business and careing to customers.
    This actions are negative publicity for another possible customers and new modelers with intention for beginning a new hobby with happiness...
    This ways are the best guns for finishing with one business like this.
    I can't understand it!

  2. Sorry for the delayed reply... it's taken me some time, but then compared to the tossers at Azimut it's lightning speed.
    Thanks for taking the time to comment. Sorry you too had a bad experience. Hopefully others will see this and take heed.
